Returns & Exchange

Italian Shoes online is happy to offer customers an exchange for items purchased online within 14 days from the date received.

If you would like an exchange the shoes and the shoebox must be returned undamaged and in original condition. All shoes must be tried on a carpeted surface. Purchased items are exchangeable into a different size and colour based on stock availability. Please contact us via phone or email to organise the exchange or store credit.

All returned items must be posted to P.O. Box 463 Greenacre NSW 2190. Once the item(s) have been received and reviewed, you will either receive your new items (for exchange), or a store credit for the cost of the purchase (excluding original shipping cost).
